1. Who we are

Laba is a mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the App.

2.1 Data on your device

The App may store preferences and light app state on your device using AsyncStorage and Secure Store (for example: theme preference, favourite stations, playback-related state). This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the App.

2.2 Streaming and network activity

When you play a stream, your device connects to third-party servers operated by broadcasters or their partners (in Uganda and, where included, other countries). We do not control those servers. The App uses standard network connections to deliver audio and video; those third parties may process technical data (such as IP address or device information) according to their own practices.

We use industry-standard practices appropriate to a consumer mobile app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Service providers may process data in regions outside Uganda. By using the App, you understand that such processing may occur.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
